Becoming a supervisor is harder than it looks

Every licensed therapist who steps into supervision faces the same six challenges. We built this training to address every one of them directly.

Identity shift

Therapist to leader is a bigger leap than most expect. We give you the language and frameworks to own the new role.

Dual role confusion

Being both clinician and supervisor creates real tension. Learn to hold both without compromising either relationship.

Legal complexity

Documentation, liability, and compliance are real risks. We cover every legal and ethical scenario in depth.

Power dynamics

Building trust across unequal power requires specific skills. We teach you exactly how to navigate this with integrity.

Cultural responsiveness

Multicultural supervision is not optional — it is core. We integrate it throughout, not as an afterthought.

Confidence under scrutiny

You will be evaluated by supervisees and peers. We build the confidence and credibility to lead without hesitation.

2-day intensive training — not just theory, transformation

From the first session you will practice real supervision scenarios. By the end you will have the tools, forms, and confidence to start supervising immediately.

Module 01

Foundations of clinical supervision

Core supervisor responsibilities, role transitions, and building your first supervisory alliance from day one.

Module 02

Theories and approaches

Leading supervision models — how to choose and apply the right approach for your setting and supervisees’ growth.

Module 03

Ethics, diversity and cultural humility

Navigate power, privilege, and identity in supervision while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Bonus

Ready-to-use supervision toolkit

Contracts, evaluation forms, remediation plans, and documentation templates — all yours to use immediately after training.
