Dr. Laura Tejada, PhD, is more than an educator—she is a guide for therapists ready to step into leadership. As a Registered Play Therapist–Supervisor and international presenter, Dr. Tejada brings energy, warmth, and cultural responsiveness to every training. She has mentored professionals across the U.S. and abroad, equipping them to lead ethically, communicate effectively, and inspire growth in their supervisees. Dr. Gerardo Wence-Munoz, PhD, ACS, CPC-S, NCC

Dr. Gerardo Wence-Munoz is a nationally recognized clinical supervisor, counselor educator, and mental health innovator. With licensure in multiple states and over a decade of diverse clinical experience, he brings a unique blend of academic rigor, therapeutic depth, and cultural humility to his work.

Dr. Wence-Munoz is an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), bilingual in Spanish and English, and deeply grounded in humanistic-existentialist values. He has served as a school counselor, college professor, and clinical trainer, and is known for his affirming and inclusive approach to LGBTQ+ care, multicultural counseling, and trauma-informed supervision. His trainings are enriched by advanced credentials in EMDR, NLP, hypnosis, Gestalt, Existentialism, and the Gottman Method, and he is a fierce advocate for quality, accessible supervision that meets modern ethical and professional standards.

Oscar Flores Sida, MS, NCC, LCPC, LCADC, CPGC

Oscar Flores Sida is a nationally certified counselor, tenured professor, and licensed clinical supervisor with over 15 years of experience in mental health, addictions, problem gambling, and human services.

As Program Director and Tenured Professor of Human Services at Great Basin College, Oscar has trained and mentored future clinicians while leading programs in addiction treatment studies. His expertise spans intensive outpatient, residential, and acute inpatient settings, where he has provided psychotherapy, clinical supervision, crisis response, and program development. Recognized for his dynamic teaching and clinical leadership, Oscar has also authored therapeutic curricula, developed treatment policies, and served as Co-PI on federal grants focused on reducing the stigmatization of substance use disorders among students and practitioners.

Oscar holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in addictions and trauma. He combines academic depth with field-tested therapeutic insight to develop competent and effective supervisors prepared for diverse licensure pathways.

Approved Continuing Education Provider

  • Centro Yolitia LLC has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7696. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified.   Centro Yolitia LLC is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
  • Clinical Supervision Training Program for Credentialing & Education (CCE) registered 1012-ACS training provider. This course is approved as a 45 hours for BCC training course”.   Centro Yolitia RCTP #: 1012-ACS

Additional Information

  • Participants have 90 days from the date of purchase to complete the training.

  • After 90 days, access to the course will expire, and participants will need to re-purchase the training to continue.

  • To receive a certificate, all homework assignments must be completed, reviewed, and approved by one of the trainers, and the final course evaluation must be submitted.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note: This training is non-refundable unless cancelled by the provider. A minimum of 6 participants is required to run the event; if this threshold is not met, the training will be cancelled and full refunds will be issued.
